Spatially resolving the tumour microenvironment of head and neck cancer to discover novel predictive biomarkers of immunotherapy response

DSP RNA profling using the whole transcriptome atlas kit was performed on a cohort of head and neck cancer tumour samples from patients who received immunotherapy.
