Sequencing of cDNA libraries of FXIIa binding peptides. synthetic RNA

In this project, we applied mRNA display to develop potent human beta-factor XIIa (FXIIa) inhibitors using a cyclotide-based peptide library. Four rounds of selection were performed, followed by next-generation sequencing (NGS) to identify the selected clonal sequences within the RNA libraries after the last two rounds. We reveal the NGS data by uploading them to the DDBJ DRA data bank.
