This is the data file related to the article entitled "First application of plutonium in soil erosion research on terraces ". The soil samples for the paper were collected from the Longji Rice Terraces in November 2021. The 239+240Pu activities were determined by sector-field ICP-MS, and the 137Cs activities were determined by HPGe γ-spectrometry. The data file include information on latitude, longitude, elevation, and slope of the sampling sites and the 239+240Pu and 137Cs activities in the soil samples. Additional information about these data can be found in the paper.
