This dataset is intended for microscopic light distribution measurement, which is used to characterize key parameters of light sources including light intensity distribution, diameter, divergence angle and other relevant metrics. The light intensity distribution is measured via a CCD sensor, and parameters such as the light source diameter are calculated through corresponding algorithms. Relative light intensity can be measured without standard lamp calibration. The core content of this dataset consists of light intensity distribution images of LED light sources, with a total size of 45 MB.
