EntailmentBank

EntailmentBank is a dataset consisting of multi-step entailment trees. At each node of these trees, two or more facts are typically combined to derive a new conclusion. Given a hypothesis (question + answer), three increasingly challenging explanation tasks are defined:
(a) Generate a valid entailment tree using all relevant sentences (the leaves of the gold entailment tree);
(b) Generate a valid entailment tree using all relevant sentences plus some irrelevant sentences;
(c) Generate a valid entailment tree using a corpus.
