"Comparative measurements of the gain corresponding to Voltage Division Factor (VDF) and S-parameters of five Line Impedance Stabilization Networks (LISN). For the traditional method of measuring VDF with a three-port coaxial TEE connector, the files include the reference and transmission measurements, as well as the calculated gain. For the proposed S-parameter method that uses the forward S-parameters and a simple calculation, Gain corresponding to VDF = S21 \/ (1 + S11), the files include all four S-parameters, 1 + S11, and the calculated gain. Measurements were made on a non-conductive table and on a ground plane. Each file consists of the measurements of one LISN on one ground plane configuration with both measurement methods."
