RNA sequencing analysis of U251MG cells treated with glabridin

This project presents RNA sequencing data generated to investigate transcriptional changes in human glioblastoma U251MG cells following small-molecule treatment. U251MG cells were treated with glabridin 60 uM for 24 hours, alongside untreated control samples. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to quality control prior to library preparation and high-throughput sequencing using an Illumina platform. The dataset includes raw RNA sequencing reads and processed gene expression data suitable for differential expression and pathway analysis. These data provide a resource for exploring molecular responses of glioblastoma cells to chemical treatment and stress-related cellular processes.
