Non-invasive characterisation of pericyte dysfunction in mouse brain using functional Ultrasound Localisation Microscopy

Ultrasound localization images of the mouse brain of 35 mice used in the study. Backsctattering amplitude images, Micro-bubble count images as well as projection of the speed along the depth axis are shared. Two other dataset are provided : one from a whiskers stimulation experiment in a control mouse and one in a Engi-KO mouse. The code allows to process the 3D f-ULM signal and constrcut activation images for the two dataset.
