DipGenie v1.0 Datasets

The repository contains datasets for the work titled "Haplotype-resolved diploid genome inference on pangenome graphs".Description:1) Graphs.zip: Contains the MHC graphs for the leave-one-out experiment. 2) Reads.zip: Contains the Illumina short-reads for the coverages: 2x, 4x, and full. 3) Truth.zip: Contains the ground truth VCF files. 4) hprc_haps.zip: Contains the MHC haplotypes accessed from Zenodo. The scripts are provided in the DipGenie repository to reproduce results.
