Diversity of fungi in the salt marsh soil at the Yangtze River estuary

By collecting soil samples from different reclamation areas of the Yangtze River estuary across various periods, using ITS sequencing technology and multivariate statistical methods, the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and environmental constraints of buried salt marsh fungal communities were revealed. The research results can provide microbiological evidence for evaluating the long-term ecological effects of reclamation and predicting the sustainability of wetland soil carbon sequestration functions.
