Data from: Accelerating greenhouse gas retrievals with neural network-based forward models

This dataset contains the models, output data and analysis code used to generate the results presented in our paper "Accelerating greenhouse gas retrieval with neural network-based forward models". It is structured as follows: output_data: containing output data such as trained models, model predictions and final retrievals final_emulators: trained models and corresponding predictions for the test set ablations: evaluation metrics for the training data size ablation study jacobians: emulator and full-physics jacobians for the retrieval test dataset retrieval: final retrieval results main_paper_results.ipynb: Jupyter notebook generating all the results and figures presented in our paper
