资源简介:
Background: Rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft, in the context of prior medial meniscus repair and concomitant lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LET), requires restoration of braking capacity, force production, and stretch-shortening-cycle (SSC) efficiency.
Purpose: To describe neuromuscular recovery across 15 sequential countermovement-jump (CMJ) sessions using force-plate metrics and phase-slope quantification of asymmetry.
Methods: Two force-plate exports were merged and filtered for CMJ. For each test day, the best trial (highest jump height) was retained. Sessions were aligned to weeks post-ACL (week 0 = 11 November 2024). Variables included jump height, RSI-modified, concentric peak force (CPF; N and N·kg⁻¹), contraction timing (contraction time, eccentric and braking durations, flight-time:contraction-time), countermovement depth, eccentric deceleration impulse per body mass, and left/right (L/R) eccentric deceleration impulse. Asymmetry was defined as |L-R|/(L+R)×100; left-limb share as 100·L/(L+R). Linear phase slopes (percentage or percentage-points per week) were estimated for 0-12, 12-24, 24-36, and 36-52 weeks post-ACL.
Results: From the first to last session, jump height increased from 32.5 to 41.9 cm (+28.9%), RSI-modified increased from 0.49 to 0.62 m·s⁻¹ (+26.5%), and eccentric deceleration impulse per body mass increased from 1.41 to 1.80 N·s·kg⁻¹ (+27.7%). Braking phase duration shortened from 291 to 208 ms (-28.5%). Eccentric deceleration asymmetry changed from 7.15% to 9.68% (+2.53 percentage points), with phase slopes of +0.28%/week (12-24 weeks) and +0.67%/week (24-36 weeks). Left-limb share increased from 46.43% to 54.84% (+8.42 percentage points), with slopes of +0.58 and +0.34 percentage-points/week.
Conclusions: Force and SSC outputs improved, whereas braking asymmetry reduced more slowly and at times increased as intensity rose, supporting targeted braking-quality progressions and fast-SSC exposures to align time-efficiency with rising impulse.
