AIT-QA is a domain-specific Table Question Answering (Table-QA) dataset dedicated to the aviation industry. This dataset consists of 515 questions created by human annotators, which are based on 116 tables extracted from U.S. SEC public filings for fiscal years 2017 to 2019. It also includes annotations associated with the nature of the questions, flagging those that require hierarchical headers, specialized domain terminology, and paraphrased expression forms. Unlike generic Table QA datasets, the tables in this dataset have more complex layouts.
