(A) The violin plot depicts the distribution of the number of mutated enzymatic genes per patient (sample) in each cancer type (Green box: median, red asterisk: average). A median of 5∼20 metabolic genes were mutated per patient (sample). (B) The percentage of mutated metabolic genes per cancer. (C) The percentage of mutation types. Missense mutation was mostly frequently observed across cancer types.
