Land cover data used by Cooley et al (2018) "Assessing regional drought impacts on vegetation and evapotranspiration: a case study in Guanacaste, Costa Rica". Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación (SINAC) Unidad de Monitoreo Forestal created the forest cover data (TiposBosque) using a classification of 20011-2012 Rapideye images with five spectral bands and a spatial resolution of 5 m. These data were combined with data produced by info-basin.net to add agriculture land cover, which TiposBosque data set did not have.<br>
