1.依据用途：根据《重大劳动保障违法行为社会公布办法》（人社部令第29条）规定，各级人社行政部门对本辖区已经依法查处并作出处理决定的7类重大劳动保障违法行为，依法面向社会公布，且每季度至少向社会公布一次，记入用人劳动保障保障守法诚信档案，依法依规实施联合惩戒。2.数据内容（9项）：违法主体全称、统一社会信用代码（或者注册号）及地址；法定代表人或者负责人姓名；主要违法事实；相关处理情况、社会公布时间、公布层级。

1. Purpose and Basis: Pursuant to the "Measures for the Public Announcement of Major Labor and Social Security Violations" (Order No. 29 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), human resources and social security administrative departments at all levels shall publicly disclose to the public 7 categories of major labor and social security violations that have been investigated and handled in accordance with the law within their respective jurisdictions, with at least one public announcement per quarter. Relevant violating entities shall be recorded in the labor and social security compliance and integrity archives of employing units, and joint disciplinary measures shall be implemented in accordance with laws and regulations.
2. Data Content (9 items): Full name of the violating entity, unified social credit code (or registration number) and address; name of the legal representative or person in charge; main illegal facts; relevant handling situation, public announcement time, and announcement level.
