资源简介:
We provide several data in this paper used in the research article “Spatial heterogeneity of particulate organic matter (POM) for the sorption of ciprofloxacin at the microstructure scale”. POM is an organic-mineral complex comprising of organic debris, light-density organic matter and has a relatively high turnover rate in the soil active organic carbon pool. POM has complex morphological structure, containing varying surface and inner interspacing pore structure, depends on the parent plants species and fragments as well as on its decomposition degree [1,2]. POM fragments were colonized by the microbial population, and simultaneously adsorbed clay-sized minerals [2,3]. Thus, the porous characteristics of POM containing the surface and inner interspacing pore structure showed in Table 1, the components and the proportion of organic functional groups detailed information showed in Fig.1. Samples were analyzed using SEM (Hitachi S-4800, Japan) to determine the organic-mineral of POM and the SEM images of the POM on the silicon wafer showed in Fig.2(a) and Fig.2(b), subsequently this data were the foundation for further analyzed by NanoSIMS in the related research article showed in Fig.2(c).
