GHG flux dataset of Waquoit Bay, MA, USA saltmarshes (May-October 2013)

The dataset includes chamber-based instantaneous measurements of the net ecosystem exchanges (NEE) of CO₂ and CH₄, as well as the corresponding environmental variables during different days of May-October in 2013. The environmental variables included photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), soil temperature (ST), porewater salinity (SS), pH, water level relative to the soil surface (WL), and soil moisture content (SM). Measurements were taken from <i>Spartina alterniflora</i>-dominated salt marshes located in Waquoit Bay, Cape Code, Massachusetts, USA, with opening into the North Atlantic Ocean.
