Rewetting effects on the spatial variability and partitioning of carbon fluxes in a drained boreal peatland

The dataset is presents chamber data of carbon fluxes and its associated environmental variables from a boreal rewetted nutrient poor peatland in Northern Sweden. The dataset encompasses information on plot-wise carbon fluxes measured using the closed-chamber technique, soil and vegetation data.
