This dataset compares physiological responses during competitive matches (analyzed by Total Time and Live Time segments) and standardized field tests (Yo-Yo and TivbreBk) in team-sport athletes. Collected from 10 participants, it includes:- Heart rate maximum (HRmax) and distribution across 6 intensity zones (z0-z5)- Perceived exertion (RPE 20-point scale)- Blood lactate concentrations (pre/post)- Systolic/diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP)- Heart rate at blood pressure measurement (hrSBP)- Performance risk scores The dataset enables comparative analysis of physiological demands across different activity modes and time segments.
