DOMMx Independent Verification and Reproducibility Package

This research package documents three supplementary independent verification activities conducted in support of the DOMMx doctoral research. The package contains: (1) independent reconstruction of six artefact-lineage chains using DOMMx v3.0 and the DOMMx Lineage Matrix; (2) independent documentary verification of a stratified sample of classifications reported in Table 69; and (3) computational reproducibility verification of the empirical evaluation conducted on DOMMx v2.0, including two operational cases, descriptive statistics, exploratory internal-consistency analysis, radar-chart values, and heatmap data. The computational reproduction uses the same 48 ratings from six specialists across eight evaluation dimensions reported for the DOMMx v2.0 evaluation. The supplied script reproduces the reported overall mean, median, sample standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha, dimension means, rating frequencies, radar chart, and heatmap. The three activities constitute supplementary quality-control evidence. They assess artefact-lineage traceability, documentary classification consistency, and computational reproducibility. They do not constitute a new organisational validation of DOMMx, establish organisational effectiveness, or demonstrate longitudinal improvement in data governance maturity. The independent verification records are publicly reported using the anonymised identifiers V1, V2, and V3. Signed originals containing reviewer identification are retained privately by the researcher.
