Data supporting: Low-Code Tool for Phytosociological Data Management and Analysis: Application of the Point-Centered Quarter Method via AppSheet
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides the foundational data supporting the methodological validation presented in the article "Low-Code Tool for Phytosociological Data Management and Analysis: Application of the Point-Centered Quarter Method via AppSheet". The repository includes three primary files: Raw Field Collection Matrix (Levantamento pontos quadrantes.csv): Contains raw data collected in the field using the Point-Centered Quarter Method (PCQM), including taxonomic identification, point-to-plant distances, and individualized circumference at breast height (CBH) for multiple stems. Processed Calculation Matrices (fitossociologia.csv): Displays the automated aggregation and calculation of structural descriptors, such as the Importance Value Index (IVI), including relative density, frequency, and dominance. Ecological Indices Summary (Resumo indices.csv): Provides a synthesis of alpha-diversity metrics, including Species Richness (S), Shannon-Wiener Index (H′), and Pielou’s Equitability (J′), both for the total community and segmented by subcommunities (Area 1, Area 2, and Area 3). These data allow for the verification of the system's logic and the replicability of the comparative analyses and sampling sufficiency monitoring (Species Accumulation Curve) discussed in the study. The architecture demonstrates how a low-code platform can effectively eliminate manual transcription bottlenecks while maintaining taxonomic precision and data integrit.
