Pseudomonas putida specific bacteriophage genome sequences

P. putida is a gram negative pathogen coming under the genus Pseudomonas. They play an important role in food spoilage especially in dairy industry. They are also psychrophilic in nature. We have isolated lytic phages against this important food-spoilage organism from environmental water source. Here we have submitted the whole genome sequencing raw data of the phage obtained from Illumina short reads and Nanopore long reads.
