Anonymized raw CyTOF FCS files and figure source data from preterm neonates with and without necrotizing enterocolitis (Valid45 cohort)

This dataset accompanies a Frontiers manuscript on peripheral immune profiling in necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) using mass cytometry (CyTOF). Contents:- 45 anonymized raw FCS files from 40 preterm infants- Groups: Birth (n=10), Control (n=15), NEC-pre (n=4), NEC-at-onset (n=12), NEC-post (n=4)- Anonymized figure source data and 27-subtype naming table Privacy: Public filenames and FCS metadata were anonymized; no patient identifiers or identity mapping are included.Note: CD193 (175Lu) was acquired for quality monitoring but excluded from downstream analyses in the manuscript.
