RNA microarray was performed from glioma cell LN229 and GBM8401 that were treated with Momordicine (10 microM) for 48hr in comparison to DMSO vehicle control To study the growth inhibition of glioma cells in response to Momordicine treatment, total 8 samples were prepared from glioma cells LN229 and GBM8401 for RNA extraction and hybridization on OneArray® Gene Microarrays. glioma cells treated with Momordicine or DMSO, which is taken as vehicle control samples (control).
