Expt1375_Traing_Validation_NewArrayPlatform

Dataset for Training and Validation Cohorts (same as in Experiments 1068 and 1116) using newly designed peptide microarray format. Dataset consists of meta data and raw foreground intensity data. Meta data uses row name ‘scan id’ as unique identifier that can be matched with other data files. The foreground intensity values are formatted with rows as peptide probes and columns as donors. Each value is in range of [0,65535]. The first column has row names, which is probe name, underscore, peptide sequence, where probe name is created based on the “X” and “Y” physical locations of where the probe is found on the array. The first row has column name ‘scan id’, which can be matched to the META rownames.
