We were interested in transcriptional changes after depletion of histone acetyltransferase KAT2A in human colorectal cancer. Therefore, we utilized HT29 cells and a patient-derived CRC 3D spheroid line (CRC3) as model, and analyzed global alterations of gene expression. RNA-Sequencing from HT29/CRC3 cells stably expressing dCas9-KRAB-GFP after transduction with either a sgRNA against a non-targeting control (NTC) or human KAT2A. Experiment was performed in biologically independent triplates.
