资源简介:
Short-read sequences (Illumina) and complementary long-read sequences (Nanopore) of Enterococcus (E. faecium, E. faecalis, E. durans) isolated in the urine of catheterized ICU (COVID-19) patients in Uppsala, Sweden, from the years 2020-2021. All isolates have been investigated for dynamics in heterogeneity (genetic and metabolic), tested for AMR, and assessed through ResFinder and PlasmidFinder in the following publication: "Heterogeneity and Metabolic Diversity among Enterococcus Species during Long-term Colonization" The background to the patient cohort was published in two sets of papers: 1: "Antibiotic use during coronavirus disease 2019 intensive care unit shape multidrug resistance bacteriuria: A Swedish longitudinal prospective study" Frontiers in Medicine, 2023. doi.org/10.3389/fmed.2023.1087446. 2: "Bacteriuria and antibiotic use during the third wave of COVID-19 intensive care in Sweden" Infectious Diseases, 2025. doi.org/10.1080/23744235.2024.2423884.
