Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals Transcriptional Changes in Boeremia exigua During Interaction with Mulberry

Boeremia exigua is a pathogenic fungus causing leaf spot disease in mulberry (Morus alba). To investigate the molecular basis of fungal infection and host-pathogen interaction, we performed a RNA-seq analysis. Transcriptomes were obtained from Boeremia exigua cultured on PDA medium and from infected mulberry leaves at 3 days post-inoculation (dpi). This dataset provides insight into gene expression changes associated with fungal pathogenesis and plant response during the early stage of infection.
