收藏资源简介:
Data and code behind the essay Recording scientific progress by its content: verified knowledge for humans and machines (Anne Fouilloux, LifeWatch ERIC; Jean Iaquinta, Vitenhub AS). (1) Yearly counts of journal articles with a DOI indexed in OpenAlex for publication years 2016–2026, queried on 25 October 2026: query script, raw API responses, CSV of counts and an unfiltered query kept for comparison. The 2026 count is incomplete. (2) Replication outcomes recorded with Science Live templates on the nanopublication network, queried on 25 October 2026 from the Knowledge Pixels query service: SPARQL queries, raw results, the cleaned list of 57 outcomes and the cleaning script. (3) A classified list of correction commits from the 23 repositories behind published Science Live chains, used to estimate how often AI-assisted replications needed corrections.
