TCGA-LUAD Dataset for Lung Adenocarcinoma Analysis

This dataset contains processed data from The Cancer Genome Atlas Lung Adenocarcinoma (TCGA-LUAD) project. TCGA-LUAD is a lung adenocarcinoma collection used to study connections between clinical phenotypes, genomic features, and pathology data, with clinical and molecular data hosted through TCGA/GDC and related imaging resources available through TCIA. The files in this repository are intended for downstream bioinformatics and machine learning analysis, such as survival modeling, biomarker discovery, differential expression analysis, mutation profiling, and integrative multi-omics studies.
