Whole-Exome Sequencing Variants dataset of a North- Indian family.

This dataset contains processed whole exome sequencing (WES) variant information generated from seven individuals included in a study investigating the genetic architecture of schizophrenia. The dataset includes annotated genetic variants identified through bioinformatic analysis of WES data. The information is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research into the genetic basis of schizophrenia. The dataset accompanies the manuscript submitted to BMC Medical Genomics.
