Construction of a Tetravalent Dengue Vaccine-DENVAC/4

This repository contains the supplementary datasets and structural files associated with the study entitled “Construction of a Tetravalent Dengue Vaccine-DENVAC/4.” The deposited files include vaccine construct sequences, predicted CTL, HTL, and B-cell epitope datasets, HLA class I and II binding prediction results, molecular docking complexes with TLR2 and TLR4/MD2, immune simulation outputs, and three-dimensional structural models of the DENVAC/4 construct. These data support the immunoinformatics-based design, structural evaluation, and in silico validation of the proposed tetravalent dengue vaccine candidate.
