Data, R Code and Output Spatial Layers for "FLYING IN THE DANGER ZONE: PREDICTIVE MODELLING OF BIRD SENSITIVITY TO WIND FARMS AND POWER LINES"

R Scripts and final, cleaned input data used to create the GLMM predictive model for the probability of being present in flight at danger height. <br> Final output raster layers are also provided. These include continuous measures between 0 - 1 of sensitivity to collision form wind farms and power lines and categorised sensitivity and vulnerability. Sensitivity to collision is ranked between 0 and 6 due to the presence of NAs, while vulnerability to collision risk arising from existing infrastructure is ranked from 1 - 5. <br> 0 = "NA" 1 = No Sensitivity 2 = Negligible (&lt;2.5th Percentile) 3 = Very Low (25th &lt;= 50th Percentile) 4 = Low (25th &lt;= 50th Percentile) 5 = Moderate (5oth &lt;= 75th Percentile) 6 = High (75th &lt;= 97.5th Percentile) 7 = Very High (&gt;97.5th Percentile) <br> RScripts are commented but will need the working directories changed to match which ever computer you are working on. It is the intention that R Markdown files will be uploaded in due course. <br>
