These registers record: number and date of complaint or application; name and address of complainant or applicant; name and address of defendant; nature of complaint or application; amount of claim; amount paid to Court before hearing; decision or order and date; result of appeal or re-hearing; particulars of execution; satisfaction (amount paid and date).The Warden's Court at West Wyalong was established by a Proclamation dated 14 March 1895. It appears that many of the cases heard before this date, located in volumes 7/7918-19, were heard at the Warden's Court, Wyalong, which was established on 14 April 1894. Moreover, there are notations on page 20 of volume 7/7920 which state that "cases to here heard at Wyalong" and "cases from here heard at West Wyalong". (7/7918-35). 18 vols.
