This study investigates the transcriptomic changes induced by ABCA3 knockdown in human lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) cell lines, focusing on the differential effects between EGFR-wildtype and EGFR-mutant backgrounds. We performed RNA sequencing on A549 cells (EGFR-wildtype) and H1975 cells (EGFR-mutant), along with their respective ABCA3-knockdown (siABCA3) counterparts. The dataset includes four sample groups: A549 control, A549 siABCA3, H1975 control, and H1975 siABCA3. This analysis aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which ABCA3 contributes to LUAD progression and Osimertinib resistance, particularly highlighting its impact on key signaling pathways such as PI3K/AKT/mTOR. These data will provide valuable insights into ABCA3's role as a potential therapeutic target in LUAD.
