Derived datasets for Brownian-bridge analysis of chromatin mobility states in leukemia
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains derived numerical data supporting the analysis of chromatin mobility transitions in living interphase nuclei from primary acute lymphoblastic leukemia samples, leukemic cell lines, and healthy donor T lymphocytes. The uploaded files include: 1.- Probability density functions for each biological system, describing the distributional structure of the chromatin mobility observables used to compare primary samples, leukemic cell lines, and healthy donor T lymphocytes.2.- Basic statistical descriptors for each biological system, including summary quantities computed for the different sample or cell-type groups analyzed in the study.3.- Probability density functions of mobility transitions, including distributions associated with crossings between low- and high-mobility quartiles. These data support the Brownian-bridge analysis of rare transitions between extreme mobility states. All files correspond to processed and aggregated quantitative outputs underlying the statistical and distributional analyses reported in the manuscript. The level of aggregation provided here preserves anonymity and fulfils the applicable legal requirements, since individual patients cannot be identified from the uploaded data.
