Adjacency Matrices for Protein–Protein Interaction Networks Underlying Human Polygenic Traits

This dataset contains the weighted adjacency matrices generated for the protein–protein interaction network analyses presented in the manuscript "Protein–Protein Interaction Network Architecture of Human Polygenic Traits Reveals Domain-Spanning Connectivity and Evolutionary Pressures." The dataset consists of two collections of weighted adjacency matrices derived from STRING protein–protein interaction networks: • Adjacency_matrices-Functional.zip: 4,756 functional interaction networks.• Adjacency_matrices-Physical.zip: 4,756 physical interaction networks. Each CSV file represents a trait-specific protein–protein interaction network generated using the NetPolyGen analysis pipeline. The associated software is archived separately on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21529453).
