BrentLab/hu_2007_reimand_2010

This is a yeast genome transcription factor knockout (TFKO) dataset containing the systematic ID and common name of the regulator, the systematic ID and common name of the target feature, log₂ fold change, average log₂ intensity, and M value after removing the cell cycle signal. The dataset is based on the original data from Hu 2007 and was reprocessed by Reimand et al. in 2010, harmonized with features in the BrentLab/yeast_genome_resources dataset.
