It is the Whole Genome Sequence of rare actinobacterium (Nonomuraea sp.) obtained from limestone rock of Maldevta, biodiversity hotspot of the Himalayas. The aqueous and organic solvent extracts showed antimicrobial activity against multi-drug resistant clinical isolates. Many natural product biosynthetic gene clusters and, more specifically antimicrobial ones, have been detected.
