Effect of inhibiting Glucose transporters by Glutor or Glupin on gene expression in primary human NK cells

To study the effect of Glucose transporter inhibition we isolated human NK cells from PBMCs of six healthy donors and expanded them with feeder cells and cytokines in the presence of 100nM Glutor, 100nM Glupin or 0.1% DMSO for 21 days. We then performed gene expression analysis using RNAseq. Gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for primary human NK cells isolated from six healthy donors treated for 21 days with 100 nM Glutor, 100nM Glupin or 0.1% DMSO as a control.
