RNA-seq Analysis of Wild-Type Zhonghua 11 (WT) and G Protein Subunit Mutant (d1) at 3 and 6 Days After Low-Light Stress Treatment. The study includes eight treatments: WT-3days-post-low-light-treatment (WT-3days), WT-3days-post-normal-condition-treatment (WT-3days-CK), WT-6days-post-low-light-treatment (WT-6days), WT-6days-CK, d1-3days, d1-3days-CK, d1-6days, and d1-6days-CK. Each of the eight samples was replicated three times, resulting in a total of 24 samples.
