This work provides a unified explanation for the periodic emissions from Long Period Transients (LPTs) including ASKAP J1832-0911, GLEAM-X J1627, GPM J1839-10, and GCRT J1745-3009 within the framework of noncommutative vacuum (NCV) theory. The mechanism arises from topological quantization of magnetic flux and resonant oscillations of the θµν-condensate under strong magnetic fields (B ∼ 1014−1016 G). Key predictions include harmonic period relationships ∆tn = ∆t0/n, quantized magnetic fields Bn = n · B0, and polarized X-ray lines. The model resolves the multi-wavelength periodicity without invoking rapid rotation, establishing NCV condensation as a fundamental process in compact object astrophysics
