Gut virome and radiation-induced intestinal injury (PRJCA033983)

To illustrate the regulation mechanism of gut commensal viruses on the pathogenesis of radiation-induced intestinal injury and the complex relationship between the virome and its bacterial host, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of mouse intestinal epithelial cells, metagenomic sequencing of VLPs in mouse feces, and 16S rRNA sequencing of feces.
