PubMed Term, Abstract, Conclusion, Title Dataset

This dataset collects three types of pairs: 1) title-to-abstract (training: 22,811 / development: 2,095 / test: 2,095), 2) abstract-to-conclusion and future work (training: 22,811 / development: 2,095 / test: 2,095), and 3) conclusion and future work-to-title sourced from PubMed (training: 15,902 / development: 2,095 / test: 2,095). Each pair consists of an input-output pair along with corresponding terminology from the original KB and link prediction results.
