To study the gene expression changes after niclosamide ethanolamine (NEN) treament in neuroblastoma cell, we treated SK-N-BE(2) with 1µM NEN for 24hours. The RNA were extracted from the cells and submitted for RNA sequencing. Overall design: Proper number of cells were plate in 10cm dish before treatment by DMSO or 1µM NEN for 24h. Each group contain 3 biological replicates.
