By ChIP-seq with the anti-G4 antibody BG4, we assessed that G4s are present in the folded state in ctrl and XDP cell tested. Overall design: XDP, NMC and ctrl fibroblasts analysed by G4 ChIP-seq to detect the presence of G-quadruplexes. Experiment performed in duplicate.
