Brightfield microscopy images of antifungal-exposed fungal cells

This dataset provides brightfield microscopy images of multiple fungal species subjected to various antifungal treatments. The images capture dynamic morphological responses at single-cell resolution and were used to extract morphometric features for antifungal susceptibility analysis. Each image is annotated with species identity, drug type, concentration, and exposure duration. This resource enables the study of morphological phenotypes under drug pressure and supports benchmarking of image-based phenotyping algorithms.
