Supplementary datasets for the publication 'From outcrop to spectrum'

This repository contains datasets and source code used and described in the associated publication 'From outcrop to spectrum'. Data_Set_S1 contains 67700 raw Raman spectra of all measured positions in sample slide KL_L2. This sample slide contains the 30 – 62 µm fraction of samples EY60_1 to EY60_6 and KL18_1 to KL18_7. Data_Set_S2 contains 56320 raw Raman spectra of all measured positions in sample slide KL_L4. This sample slide contains the 10 – 30 µm fraction of samples EY60_1 to EY60_6 and KL18_1 to KL18_7.
