<i>Pseudomonas stutzeri</i> is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, motile bacterium with a single polar flagellum. Associated with rare infections in humans, it has nevertheless been isolated from the spinal fluid. This work sought to provide fundamental information about the genetic repertoire of <i>Pseudomonas stutzeri</i> strain NCTC 10475 through parsing the annotated genome sequence of the bacterium downloaded from Genbank. Comprising gene name, gene function, and gene sequence, the resource should find use in a variety of biological workflows seeking to understand the evolutionary origins of the species, as well as putative mechanisms underlying its pathogenicity in humans.
